I still couldn't figure out how the values are derived... Sometimes I think that even when a human being is doing the website appraisal, it could be partial and bias and sometimes off, what more if it's done by an automated program of sorts? Although, it surely boosts up your ego as a webmaster and gives you a laugh when you know what your website is really worth as compared to what is projected. :P Just a thought though... these website appraisal things are there to make people see the potential of the site, not really what its worth. :) Do website appraisals really work? The actual value of each website has to do with a few more factors, such as industry, value and quality of content, number of subscribers, number of repeat visitors, and the size of the website, to name a few...
